Terms of Service
Last updated 4 September 2026
ChannelRelay ("the Service") is a managed AI support platform: businesses ("Customers") connect their own content, and ChannelRelay deploys a grounded assistant across their website and other channels, answering visitor questions and forwarding contact details visitors choose to leave.
Using the Service
- You must have authority to add ChannelRelay to the site or channel on which you install it.
- You are responsible for the content you provide for the assistant to draw on, and for having a lawful basis to collect and process the data your visitors submit through it.
- Don't use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, to impersonate others, or to disrupt or overload the platform.
Data roles
For visitor data collected through a Customer's deployment, the Customer is the data controller and ChannelRelay acts as a processor on the Customer's instructions. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how it's used.
Pilots, plans and billing
Pilot access is free and non-binding. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout; setup fees are one-time, subscription fees recur monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@channelrelay.io.
Availability and warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. It is offered in an early, actively-developed phase and may change. To the extent permitted by law, ChannelRelay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the widget or channel integration. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service and its other Customers.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active Customers.
